Current working arrangements during the COVID-19 outbreak

We are still completing surveys and installations but have put extra measures in place in line with government guidance to ensure that the safety of our customers and staff remains a priority.  

Quotations and surveys

Until it is safe to do otherwise, we are offering quotations and surveys remotely where possible. If a survey is performed in person,  the terms below apply.

Installations

Customers must notify us before our arrival if any member of the household is displaying coronavirus symptoms or has been in contact with someone with a positive test.

To ensure safety, you and our workmen will abide by the following at all times with no exceptions.

• Practice social distancing at all times and keep a minimum of 2-3 meters away from others.
• Wearing of face masks when indoors.
• Washing or sanitising hands upon arrival and at regular intervals throughout the day.

Contactless payment to be made where possible.

Symptoms of COVID-19

• A new continuous cough.
• A high temperature.
• A loss of taste or smell.
